Baked Alaskan King Crab & Artichoke Dip
Baked Alaskan King Crab & Artichoke Dip
1 pound Hen House Market Alaskan King Crab Meat
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
1/4 cup green onions minced
1 clove garlic minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Tabasco pepper sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup Artichoke Hearts (drained)
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and gently stir until thoroughly mixed. Place in oven proof casserole and bake for 40 minutes. Serve hot with crackers and assorted vegetables such as carrots, sliced zucchini, celery sticks and bell pepper strips.
Jasper's notes: I like to celebrate the Super Bowl with friends, family, and good food. You can add spinach and shrimp to this tasty crab dip for added flavor and fun! This dip is so thick, it makes a great stuffing. It doesn't get any better than this. Enjoy the big game!
