Local Quiche
1 Cup *GNFF Milk
4 Local *GNFF Eggs
1/2 cup Burgers Missouri Bacon (Cooked and crumbled)
1/2 cup *GNFF Cheese
1/2 Cup *GNFF Missouri Ham
1 Teasp Local Herbs Finely Chopped
Salt & Pepper To Taste
1 8" Pie Shell Unbaked

Preheat oven to 375.
Blend eggs, milk, salt, pepper and fresh herbs together in a medium size mixing bowl. Set aside.
Layer bacon, ham & cheese in an 8 " pie crust. Pour egg mixture on top. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
Cool before cutting.

Jasper's Notes: Talk about local ingredients, this quiche is great for a brunch or side dish to any dinner. The word 'quiche' is not French but actually it is from the German word ‘Kuchen’, meaning cake.
