Red Gold Fettuccine
1 Lb. Fettuccine
14.5 oz Can Red Gold Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano
4 Oz. Heavy Cream
4 Oz. Grated Romano Cheese
8 oz. Jasper's Italian Sausage (casing removed)
1 tsp. Olive Oil
2 Oz. Chianti Wine
Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet on medium heat, add olive oil and saute Italian sausage. Cook until brown. Add Red Gold tomatoes and saute 4-5 minutes. Reduce pan with red wine. Add heavy cream and grated cheese, bring to a boil and add cooked pasta. Toss until pasta is coated with sauce, serve hot with

Red Gold Rustic Ciabatta Pizza
1 14.5 oz Can Red Gold Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano
8 New York Brand Ciabatta Rolls
1 Lb Mozzarella (shredded or sliced)
1 6 oz Chicken breast
1 Tabl. Olive oil
1 Tsp. crushed garlic
Crooked River Farms Fresh Oregano to taste
Preheat oven to 425.
In a medium saute pan, saute chicken with olive oil until cooked throughout. Cool. Shred chicken into small pieces.Toss with garlic and set aside. Place New York Ciabatta Rolls on baking sheet. Place Red Gold Tomatoes in a mixing bowl. Divide tomatoes on top of rolls. Top with shredded mozzarella and shredded garlic chicken. Top each Ciabatta pizza with fresh oregano leaves and place in oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Serve hot!
