* although we try to be as accurate as possible with all nutritional data, some of the ingredient data may be slightly higher or lower due to data availability. I had to use generic beer and technically we need to weigh it before and after to see how much marinade soaks in- I guessed.
Tri Tip "Beer" Steak
12-ounces Boulevard Beer
4 large garlic cloves, chopped
2 teaspoons dried crushed red pepper
1 Tabl. Brown Sugar
2 pounds tri-tip beef
1 Sprig Fresh Rosemary
Combine all ingredients except the Tri Tip. Place steaks in a large baking dish or a resealable bag. Pour marinade over steaks. Let sit for several hours. Remove Tri Tip from bag. Preheat grill. Place steaks on grill over a medium high heat. Grill for 8 to 10 minutes or until they reach desired.

Tri Tips & Noodles
1 Lb Previously Cooked Tri Tip Beef
1 cup chopped yellow onion
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup sliced Shitake mushrooms
1 cup white wine
1/2 cup cream
1/2 pound egg noodles, cooked al dente and drained
In a large skillet, saute the onions in olive oil and cook until onions are translucent. Add garlic and previously cooked Tri Tips. Saute 1 minute. Reduce pan with white wine to deglaze the pan and form a sauce.
Add the cream & mushrooms & simmer until the mushrooms soften. Serve on top of cooked noodles.
